State-of-the-Art
Midwest Regional Medical Center Laboratory, a fully accredited state-of-the-art facility, has provided both outpatients and inpatients with comprehensive clinical laboratory and anatomic pathology services for over 40 years. The laboratory performs a large percentage of testing on-site to ensure rapid turn-around time with the highest degree of accuracy. The laboratory maintains a routine and stat testing schedule that is responsive to patient needs, performing most testing 24 hours per day. By utilizing technologically advanced equipment and highly trained professional staff, the laboratory is able to contribute a valuable and convenient service to Midwest City and the surrounding communities.

Accreditation
Accreditation for the laboratory has been awarded by the Joint Commission and the College of American Pathologists.

Services
Midwest Regional Medical Center Laboratory provides physician offices and other medical facilities with a wide range of services.

  - Extensive on-site test menu including microbiology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, transfusion services, pathology and cytology testing
  - Technologically advanced equipment
• Reporting
  - Computer-generated test reports delivered or telecommunicated to the physicians office
  - Automatic callbacks on all critical results and all stat test requests
• Supplies
  - A selection of complimentary supplies for the collection and processing of specimens sent to MRMC Laboratory for testing
• Pricing
  - Patient pricing that competes with even the largest reference laboratories
• Managed Care Contacts
  - Maintains contracts with many managed care providers to better serve the patient population
• Test Requisitions
  - Both clinical laboratory and pathology test requisitions are provided to physician offices on request.
